Thriving at the Fringe

Our first Thriving at the Fringe guide is now available!

As the Edinburgh Festival Fringe rolls around, we're delighted to share the first 'Thriving at the Fringe' booklet developed in partnership with Health in Mind and Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The booklet offers wellbeing tips for both Edinburgh citizens or those visiting the city, as well as useful contacts, arts and crafts ideas for wellbeing, favourite fringe memories and practical resources.

If you have any questions you can get in contact with us at thrive.edinbugh@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk or for information on the mental health and support available you can explore the ithrive website.

We hope you enjoy the fantastic range of events and shows available throughout the city!

The booklet can be downloaded below or get in touch if you would like a copy
