Since our 3rd Thrive conference held in November 2022, we have been developing our next Thrive Adult Health and Social Commissioning Plan 2023-2026. To help shape our thinking we organised a stakeholder event on 9 May 2023 at Napier Edinburgh University, Craiglockhart Campus, Edinburgh to share recent developments form each of the Thrive Edinburgh Adult Health and Social Care Workstreams workstreams and invited people to consider provocations, priorities, key priorities for the plan.
The event was attended by over 70 people representing Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership, NHS Lothian and Third sector organisations. Ian Brooke, Deputy Chief Executive chaired the event he urged all to reflect on Thrive works being done to date; how people want these to develop and any new area of works they would like to see.
The event includedworkshops sessions held in the morning. Dr Linda Irvine Fitzpatrick then led asession to update on progress against the strategy, as well as give a flavourof upcoming key focuses for the year ahead.
To close the event, people were asked to share their provocations, priorities, pleas, and passions to help inform our next three year’s commissioning plan.
